These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and tosspk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at tosspk.net.

By accessing the tosspk platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept all terms set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the tosspk platform and close your account.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of tosspk or its affiliated companies.

Each individual is entitled to register and operate one single account on the tosspk platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited.

When registering your tosspk account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

tosspk conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the registration process and at subsequent points during the player relationship. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identity documents and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.

tosspk reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

tosspk accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods:

All sports bets placed on the tosspk platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, and market in question. General betting rules applicable across all markets include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. tosspk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the cancellation feature is explicitly available and within the stated timeframe for that market.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be suspended at any time at tosspk's discretion.
• tosspk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any event, market, or individual player account at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event, tosspk's decision based on official results from the relevant governing body shall be final.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 Internationals, Test cricket, and domestic competitions — are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant cricket board. Matches abandoned due to weather or other causes are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.

tosspk does not accept bets from players who have or may have access to insider information relating to the event being bet upon. Any bet placed on the basis of such information will be voided and the account may be suspended.

All casino games available on tosspk, including live dealer games, slot games, and virtual table games, operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in licensed studio environments and are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface.

• Each game has its own specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage, all of which are available within the game itself or in the game information section.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during gameplay, tosspk will endeavour to resolve the issue in a fair manner based on the game state at the time of disconnection. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
• Wins derived from a malfunction or error in a game are void. tosspk is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside the Company's reasonable control.
• The use of any external software, tools, or strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tosspk platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform through another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the tosspk platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties in any betting or casino activity.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any other manipulation of sporting events.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any tosspk software.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards tosspk staff or other users.

tosspk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a third-party notification that the account holder is a minor.
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory requirement or order.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting tosspk support via live chat. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining verified balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

In cases where an account is closed due to breach of these terms or suspected fraud, tosspk reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation, and such funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the outcome of that investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tosspk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the tosspk platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on tosspk content or software.
• Use the tosspk name, logo, or branding in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tosspk and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data arising from your use of the tosspk platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by factors outside tosspk's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, governmental action, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement that are caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where such errors are corrected as soon as reasonably practicable.

Nothing in this clause shall limit tosspk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. tosspk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tosspk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a tosspk account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tosspk implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All sessions on the tosspk platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

tosspk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services) where necessary to provide the tosspk service, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
